Like the name implies, this is the hardcore version of our session pad. With its extremely durable shell, this crash pad can take a serious beating. Similar in size to the Session pad, the Alter Ego boasts an upgraded foam structure that is completely encased in 1050d Ballistic nylon fabric, and includes an added sternum strap, and drag handle.
The Alter Ego’s improved foam structure provides even greater shock absorbtion than our Session pad thanks to the higher density open cell foam. Completely waterproof due to the polyurethane coating, the Ballistic nylon is able to withstand the elements.
Additional upgraded features include a side release sternum strap to make a longer approach more comfortable, low profile drag handle to reduce the chance of a snag, two additonal carrying handles, dual flap quick closure system, padded shoulder straps, double adjustment 2” waist belt, indestructible CNC aluminum buckles, screenprinted logo, and PVC labels.
